I cannot really review this product, as I’m sure it is great, but God help you if you have to return a product from this company. I bought one of these expensive irons as a gift and she’d already gotten one, so I thought I’d return it, no big deal… well I was wrong. They wrap their products in an impossible tissue paper and then tell you that you cannot return it unless it is in basically immaculate condition. Needless to say I am trying to sell the one I bought now.
